But for a touch interface for a car with legacy application support on top (nistune, foobar2000, anything really), this solution is ideal. This post isn't about Win8 vs XP/7/OSX, its about a super cheap power efficient (all DC, 10watt power envelope) way to datalog everything in your car with Nistune, full time, switch maps/tunes on the fly(ie: unload E85 tune, load E60 tune) along with everything else you can do with a real computer (lossless audio head unit/DAC, skype, google maps, etc...). For $250 bucks!
m a g l i t o E85 conversion COMPLETE -- 700RWHP, 683TQ on corn not fed to starving children my Z is not for sale The build up begins - progress - reassembly part one - part two - aliaZspec stage2 heads - 2013 SpecialtyZ dynotune results Links with working pictures of my Z -> Gateway International Raceway HPDE 2007 - Putnam Park HPDE 2007 (data acquisition analysis) - Chicago Z meet 2007
